How does FER handle broker availability during weekends? +

Real estate doesn't stop on Friday at 5 PM. Our leadership team and managers are accessible after hours and on weekends for urgent contract questions or deal-doctoring needs. You are never without a professional backstop when a negotiation is live.

Does FER offer risk management training for new contract updates? +

Yes. Whenever Florida REALTORS® or the local board updates contracts or regulations, our Broker and managers lead training sessions to ensure our agents understand the nuances and how to use those changes to protect their clients' interests.

Can I bring a client to meet with the Broker for a second opinion? +

We encourage it. In high-stakes transactions, having the Broker, President, or General Manager join a meeting to reinforce your strategy or provide additional professional weight can be a powerful tool for your advocacy of the client.
