My name is Daniel Larson. I am a Florida and Tampa Native residing in the bay area since the 70s. I attended Chamberlain High School and Graduated from Florida State University. I have been a licensed agent since 1995 and have sold more than 1000 homes in my career.

I am a Certified New Home Specialist with the knowledge and skills to sell new homes and in particular new construction on scattered site or tear down and rebuild situations. I have extensive knowledge in marketing and selling new homes to clients who have their own site or tear down or in New Home communities. I specialize in the use of MLS prospecting and target identifying for tear downs or vacant lots for the objective of building a new home on the site or finding and negotiating the best floor plans builders to offer. I HAVE EXTENSIVE Builder relationships with Both Community builders and Custom Home Builders. I am extremely adept at site evaluation. I have been a marketing coordinator with experience in organizing, preparing and submitting creative advertising for new construction to various agencies including The Tampa Tribune, American Builders, Allstate Homes, Domain Homes, New Home Source, and the Tampa Times. I have designed and collaborated websites for Allstate Homes and Domain Homes using SEO knowledge to generate leads. I have extensive experience in conducting feasibility studies on building sites or tear down sites including flood zone determination, tree identification or potential removal of protected trees and canopies including alternative foundations for tree protection and or variances to meet special exceptions on building sites. I have extensive knowledge of the overlay districts in The Tampa area and as well The NT districts in the city of St. Petersburg. I communicate with buyers, superintendents, lenders, title companies, surveyors, trade partners, sales staff, and the construction department to streamline the building process. I act as a liaison with Builders, trade partners, Construction lenders and other participants in the Home Building industry. I have extensive experience of current building trends, intrinsic construction practices, construction scheduling, construction expectations, green building, design trends, and warranty considerations. As a sales consultant I am skilled at balancing customer needs and company demands, effectively building relationships with customers while achieving individual sales goals. I am skilled and well versed in new Communities around the bay area and builder’s latest designs and trends. I am very helpful for builder’s agents as a skilled fill in for communities across the bay area. I can represent any buyer in a builder transaction as a skilled negotiator.
