On Saturday, January 19, we celebrated our 20th year in business at the Columbia Restaurant in Ybor. As the Columbia is a multi-generational, locally family owned company, we could think of no better setting to celebrate this milestone of our locally family owned company. It was a beautiful night full of laughs, old friendships, and many milestones. As a company, we committed ourselves to an on going effort to challenge mediocrity, where & when we find it, and to pursue excellence, in all that we do.
