Born and raised in the beautiful State of Oregon, Dave spent his first career in the department store management business working for some of the greats like May Dept. Store, Macy’s and Nordstrom. Now in his second decade as a realtor practicing real estate in Tampa Bay, Dave has always strived to assist individuals to make the best decisions possible when purchasing or selling real estate.
Dave endeavors to keep the Golden Rule at the root of all he does. He is committed to honesty, knowledge of the current market, professionalism and continual education. Dave has complete many facets of additional education since becoming a realtor such as the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute).
Trained as an exclusive buyer’s agent when he first got into the business, Dave has worked for other great companies such as Coldwell Banker, ReMax and others learning the different philosophies and business techniques. About 6 years ago, Dave found Florida Executive Realty which turned out to be one of the best decisions he ever made. A company that resembles a company he once worked for ( Nordstrom), where the customers is always right amongst many other great company attributes. A couple of years ago Dave was invited to become a limited partner at Carrollwood. He accepted and invested into this great company.
Dave strives to build life long relationships one client at a time. His business design is to become their families personal real estate consultant for life – working with their referrals, family, friends and co-workers.
Other than real estate, Dave now has been married for 20 years and loves traveling with his wife Mercedes, private piloting, golf and several different types of community service works.
