In 2003 I moved my family to the Tampa Bay area from Pennsylvania where I had practiced both dentistry and real estate for over thirty years. I relocated here because I believe that Florida is one of the most desirable places in the United States to live, and the Tampa Bay area is the crown jewel of the Sunshine State.
My wife and I have four children and five grandchildren, so integrating “family” into real estate is very high on my priority list. My philosophy is to treat my real estate clients as I would a family member or a patient. Thus, my motto, Real Estate Services with “Patient” Care, is my code of customer relations.
My years in dentistry and real estate have given me a unique perspective on people and their personal and real estate needs. This has allowed me to deal with everything from an apartment to a mansion, from a vacant piece of land to a shopping center. By design, I limit the number of clients that I accept so that I can give each the personal attention and 110% effort they deserve.
